Research grants for sports-related research in 2025 are now open for application. The deadline for submissions is September 16, 2024 at 17.00. CIF encourages applications with clear relevance to sport from all scientific fields.

The following types of grants are available:
- Project grants
- Postdoctoral salary grants
- Associations, collaboration and networking grants
The main applicant must hold a PhD and be employed at a Swedish Higher Educational Institute. The application should be written in English and submitted online using our grant management system. The board of CIF will decide on approval on November 27, 2024.
