If you plan to change the adminstrating organisation of your grant during the grant availability period, you must submit a request for the change well before making the change.
Both you and a representative of the current adminstrating organisation should sign the form below and submit it to CIF. At the same time, the new administrating organisation must submit a signed certificate to CIF, ensuring that the research can be conducted within the new organisation.
The former adminstrating organisation must submit a final financial report in connection with the change. You can read more about that here.
The CIF conditions should be re-signed by the grantee from the new administrating organisation as soon as the change has been made.
The form should be signed by the grantee and the administrating organisation (head of the department or equivalent) and sent to CIF, either via e-mail or to CIF, Box 5626, 114 86 Stockholm.
