There are a number of regulations that you are obliged to follow when you are conducting research. Before you start your research, ensure you have the required permits and approvals. When you apply for a grant from CIF, you must describe how you plan to handle legal requirements as well as other ethical aspects of your research.<\/p>\n

As a researcher, you have a responsibility to follow good research practice. The research principal, i.e. your administering organisation, also has overall responsibility for ensuring that the activities are conducted in accordance with good research practice.<\/p>\n

You and the administering organisation confirm your joint responsibility when you approve the terms and conditions of the CIF grant decision.<\/p>\n
