To be eligible to submit a new grant application the following year, the final report should be submitted by September 15 at the latest.<\/p>\n                    <\/div>\n                                <div class=\"body-m-mobile md:body-m prose wysiwyg\">\n                    <h2>When should I submit the final report?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>When the availability period has expired.<\/li>\n<li>This is a requirement to be eligible to apply for a new grant<\/li>\n<li>You find the availability period dates in the online grant management system.<\/li>\n<li>The main applicant is responsible for submitting the final report.<\/li>\n<li>The deadline for submitting the final report is dependent on the grant application number (the terms has changed)\n<ul>\n<li>For grants with application numbers D2026-, P2026-, O2026- and later: At latest 30 April following the end of the availablity period.<\/li>\n<li>For grants with application numbers D2025-, P2025-, O2025- and earlier: At latest 15 September following the end of the availablity period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How do I submit the final report?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">Using the CIF online grant management system.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">The report consists of two parts: \u00a0a financial report and a scientific report.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>The financial report is completed and submitted directly within the grant management system. It requires the main applicant\u00b4s signature using BankID. If you do not have BankID, please contact the CIF office for assistance.<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">The scientific report is also completed and submitted directly within the grant management system. It does not require a signature.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">Once a complete final report has been submitted, CIF will review it and may request additional information. The approval status will be displayed in the grant management system.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What should the final report include?<\/h2>\n<p>The final report consists of a financial and a scientific report. The specific requirements for the scientific report may vary depending on the grant type.<\/p>\n<h3>Financial report<\/h3>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">Please ensure that the financial report includes the following items, organised by year:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">Salaries (including social security contributions)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">Operating costs (materials, equipment, instruments)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">Compensation paid to trial subjects<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">Travel expenses<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">Other costs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\">Overhead costs<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">Additionally, specify any co-financing received, including the name of the co-financier and the amount provided.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5>What should be done with any excess funds?<\/h5>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">If there are funds remaining, exceeding SEK 5,000, these must be returned to CIF. Please contact us in such a situation.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Scientific report for a project or a postdoc grant<\/h3>\n<p>Language: The background, the popular science summary, and the keywords must be written in Swedish. Other parts can be written in Swedish or English.<\/p>\n<p>The following should be included in the scientific report:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Background (written in Swedish)<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Background and purpose of the project (1,250 characters incl. spaces)<\/li>\n<li>Theory and implementation in brief (1,250 characters)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Results and effects (2,500 characters incl. spaces)<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>The project&#8217;s most important results<\/li>\n<li>How have the results contributed to the research front in the field?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Popular science summary in Swedish (1,500 characters incl. spaces)<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>This summary will be published together with background (above) on the CIF website. Remember to describe the research project so that even those unfamiliar with the field will understand.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Remaining to be done within the project and future research (1,250 characters)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Pictures, tables, and diagrams (attached as pdf)<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Images, tables, and diagrams cannot be ineserted into the text fields. Therefore, attach those as a pdf file. Remember to refer to them in the text.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Five keywords (in Swedish)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Dissemination of results<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>List publications and presentations that are derived from the project and produced during the project period.<\/li>\n<li>Publications in which you have acknowledged CIF as a financier. Title, journal, volume, pages, and impact factor should be specified. Use the follwoing subheadings:\n<p>\u2212 Articles in refereed journals<\/p>\n<p>\u2212 Monographs<\/p>\n<p>\u2212 Anthology contributions<\/p>\n<p>\u2212 Conference abstracts<\/p>\n<p>\u2212 Other scientific publications<\/p>\n<p>\u2212 Popular science publications<\/p>\n<p>\u2212 Dissertation and date (if applicable)<\/li>\n<li>Oral presentations in which you have acknowledged CIF as a financier. Title and conference\/seminar should be specified. Use the following subheadings:\n<p>\u2212 Conferences<\/p>\n<p>\u2212 Seminars<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dissemination to the sports movement, schools, organisations within physical activity or equivalent (1,250 characters).<\/strong> Have the results been disseminated as popular science?
